Mission : Audit General Secretariat to the Modernization of Public Action on their participative innovation approach. SGMAP developed a website : Futurs Publics to facilitate relationship between French citizen and French State.
The innovation awards reward companies, which adopt a participative innovation approach. This event is organised by Innov'acteurs assoiation. To represent the different companies Innov'acteurs association selects students according to various criteria : responsiveness, rigor, their sense of contact and results... Students are divided in to groups of 2 or 3 students, it depends on the complexity of the file. Each group represents a company and will explain, in an 20 minutes oral, the collaborative innovation plan conducted by the company. With my group, we represent SGMAP (General Secretariat for Modernization of Public Action). To preparre tje oral, we had the honor of being welcomed at Bercy for a day. After weeks of preparation, we went, November 7, 2014, before the jury of innovatin awards, composed by professionals from large companies. The award ceremony took place at November 24th, 2014 in Total tower (La Défense). Finally, SGMAP won Gold Award of strategic transformation. It was a great time for all ! I want to thank Ann-Charlotte Telgborg and Maxime Barbier for this amazing experience! I discovered, thanks to them, the world of managerial innovation and intrapreneurship.
Through this experience in Innov'acteurs and in SGMAP, I discovered innovation managemet and its different applications in companies ! I think innovation management is a clever blend between business and psychology... Two skills that I develop and I developed !
